# Installation

To start working with Rabet, first install it. Only the Chrome version of Rabet has been published, and the Firefox version of Rabet is ongoing and will be released soon. To install Rabet, initially, go to the [Chrome Web Store](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rabet/hgmoaheomcjnaheggkfafnjilfcefbmo) Rabet page and install it.

You can also install it manually, follow the steps below to adding Rabet manually to extensions:

1. [Download](https://github.com/rabetofficial/rabet-extension/releases) the Rabet zip file.
2. Go to chrome://extensions.
3. Activate the developer mode switch.
4. Click on the Load unpacked button and upload the zip file.
5. Congratulations, you have installed Rabat now.


# Set password

When you install the Rabet, you must set a password for it. All your account information is encrypted with this password and stored in your browser.

# Create account

To create an account, click on the account icon and click on the Create account option. Then, enter the name of the new account you want to create, and finally, click on the Create button.

‌ If you have entered the extension for the first time, after setting the password, you should create an account or import, and you can create a new account by clicking on the Create Account button; then enter the name, and ultimately click on the Create Button.

# Import account

To import an account, click on the account icon and click on the Import Account option. Then, enter the Private Key of the new account you want to import, and finally click on the Import button.

If you are entering the extension for the first time, you can create or import an account after setting the password. You can also have an import account by clicking on the import button, entering the private key, and finally clicking on the import button.


# Switch account

To switch between accounts, just click on the account icon and click on the account you want to log in. In this way, switch between the accounts.

# Switch network

To switch the extension network between the testnet and the mainnet, first, click on the select input in the header and select the option you want from the testnet and mainnet options. This will change the extension network.

# Edit account name

The account name is a component of the local side, i.e., your operations will not be registered by changing or setting it, and it will only help you manage your accounts better.

To edit your account name, click on the icon in the middle of the home page, then click on the edit option and change your account name just as easily!

# Show & Set flags

To display and change your flags, click on the icon in the middle of the home page, then click on the flag display option. Here you can view the status of 3 flags. To change your flags, you can also change their status by activating or deactivating each of the flags' switch and then by clicking the Save button.

# Show private-key

Click the icon in the middle of the Home page to display your Private Key. Then, click on the Private Key View option. Next, enter your extension password, and eventually click Show button

To perform the operation, first, click on the operation button on the home page. Next, enter the operation page. Here there is a box for each operation. By clicking on the Create operation button, create a new operation. By clicking on the Delete button inside each box, delete that operation. Moreover, change the typing of that operation by clicking on the select input at the top of each box. When you have fully entered the information of the operations you want to send, click on the Send button. Then check the information once again on the Confirm page to make sure that it is correct. Eventually, click on the Confirm button.

# Add asset

To add an asset to your account, you first click on the add asset button on the home page. Then enter the add asset page.

Here, there are two tabs.

**Search asset**

In this section, there is a list of famous assets that you can find by searching a few characters of your desired asset. By selecting it and clicking on Add Button, add that asset to your account.

**Custom asset**

In this section, enter the information of the asset you want to add, such as asset code, asset issuer, limit, and then click on the add button to add that asset to your account.

When you add an asset to your account, you are originally creating a trust line between the account and that asset. For more information about the trust line, see the Stellar document.

# Delete asset

To delete an asset, just go to the home page in the Asset tab and click on that asset and enter that asset page; then delete that asset by click on the Delete button.

# Setting

Here, you see three options: 

**Explore** 

Here you can change your extension explore. We currently support three [Lumenscan](https://lumenscan.io/), [Stellar expert](https://stellar.expert/) and [Steexp](https://steexp.com/) explores. 

**Auto-Lock Timer**

 Here you can change the automatic locking time of your extensions. 

**Privacy mode**

By activating this option, any application that wants to be connected with your account and get your public key needs your permission. By deactivating the option your public key will be given to the applications that request contact without any permission. This option is activated by default on the Rabet. However, its deactivation does not create a security problem for you.

# Lock & Unlock

To lock the extension, click on the account icon and then click on the Lock option.

To unlock the extension, enter your extension password on unlock page.

# Connect request

When an application requests a connection to your account, Rabet will show you a connection page where you can accept or reject the connection request.
